At Beth’s Suncoast Boutique, we want every customer to feel confident when placing an order. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns are accepted, how refunds are processed, and what to do if there is an issue with your order.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return requests must be submitted after the item has been physically received by the customer. Items cannot be registered for return while still in transit.

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused;
  • unworn;
  • unwashed;
  • undamaged;
  • free from stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or signs of wear;
  • in its original condition;
  • returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories attached.

Trying an item on for fit is allowed. However, items showing signs of actual wear or use will not be accepted.

Items must be returned complete and in the same condition as received. Incomplete, altered, damaged, or used returns may be rejected or partially refunded.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

This may include:

  • return shipping fees;
  • international return shipping fees;
  • customs duties;
  • import taxes;
  • handling fees;
  • any other return-related charges.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.


International Return Address Notice

Some orders may be fulfilled through international fulfillment partners. Depending on the item and order location, approved returns may need to be sent to the return address provided by our fulfillment partner, which may be located outside the customer’s country, including China.

Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

Do not send items back without prior approval. Returns sent without approval or sent to the wrong address may not be eligible for a refund.


Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at info@bethssuncoastboutique.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back using the return address provided.
  5. Send us valid return tracking details once the item has been shipped.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. The return parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it is delivered to the approved return address.

Beth’s Suncoast Boutique is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged return shipments.


Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Refunds may be reduced or declined if:

  • the item is returned used, worn, washed, damaged, stained, or incomplete;
  • tags, labels, packaging, or accessories are missing;
  • the item is returned outside the return window;
  • the item is returned without prior approval;
  • the return tracking is invalid or cannot be verified;
  • the return does not comply with this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photos of the item;
  • clear photos of the packaging, if applicable.

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable resolution depending on the issue and product availability.

Do not return damaged, defective, or incorrect items before contacting us. We must review the issue first.


Non-Returnable or Limited Return Cases

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • items that are used, worn, washed, damaged, stained, or missing tags;
  • items returned without prior approval;
  • items returned to the wrong address;
  • items returned outside the return window;
  • refused or abandoned shipments;
  • orders not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer;
  • delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, holidays, weather, or other external logistics factors;
  • items intentionally ordered in multiple sizes or variations with the intent to return part of the order.

We reserve the right to decline returns that appear excessive, abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with normal customer use.


Refused, Undelivered, or Customs-Related Shipments

Refusing delivery, failing to accept a shipment, or refusing to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees does not automatically qualify as a cancellation or full refund.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to customer-related reasons, including unpaid customs fees or an incorrect address:

  • the order may not qualify for a full refund;
  • shipping, return shipping, customs, import, handling, and processing costs may be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit;
  • replacement shipping may require an additional shipping fee.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and complying with their country’s import rules, taxes, duties, and customs requirements.


Delivered but Not Received Claims

If tracking confirms that an order was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered delivered.

If you cannot locate a delivered package, please first check with:

  • household members;
  • neighbors;
  • building management;
  • mailrooms;
  • reception areas;
  • parcel lockers;
  • safe delivery locations around the property;
  • the shipping carrier.

We will do our best to assist with locating the package or providing delivery information. However, Beth’s Suncoast Boutique is not responsible for lost or missing packages after tracking confirms delivery to the correct address provided at checkout.

If the package appears to have been misdelivered by the carrier, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to open an investigation.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Beth’s Suncoast Boutique is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, returned shipments, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, unless the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. After delivery, eligible items may be returned according to this Return & Refund Policy.


Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges due to limited inventory and product availability.

If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us. If your return is approved, you may place a new order or receive guidance from our support team.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first at info@bethssuncoastboutique.com if there is an issue with an order.

Most issues can be resolved faster by contacting us directly, including delivery questions, return requests, damaged items, incorrect items, or refund concerns.

Filing a payment dispute while keeping the product may affect eligibility for a refund under this policy. Refunds are processed according to this Return & Refund Policy and may require item return, delivery verification, inspection, or an agreed resolution.

We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communication, and policy details to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to disputes.


Limitation of Liability

Beth’s Suncoast Boutique is not responsible for:

  • lost packages where tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout;
  • delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or external logistics events;
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer;
  • unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees;
  • lost or damaged return shipments sent by the customer.

Our responsibility for eligible claims is limited to the amount paid for the affected product, unless otherwise required by law.
